If there are any visible damages, defects, or missing items, please report it immediately to the delivery agent and contact our support team the same day.

Once the order is received and accepted by the customer, no returns will be accepted under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect order placement, or dissatisfaction after usage.

❌ No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the product is delivered and checked.

Refunds will not be processed after 24 hours of delivery under any condition.

If a refund is approved (in rare, exceptional cases), it will only be processed within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by valid proof (e.g., unboxing video, delivery slip, etc.).
